Refund Policy

Due to the cost of doing business, refunds for transactions processed on our website will be evaluated on a case by case basis and users may be charged incurred merchant processing fees. The $100 deposit, which reserves your seat in the class is non-refundable. We will be happy to enroll you in another class if for some reason the student is unable to attend the original session in which they enrolled,. Please contact us within 14 days of processing this transaction if you need to switch classes.


Upon registration or employment you authorize Phillips Driving School to photograph or video you or the student, the interior of the vehicle or classroom, during training for instructional or information purposes. All participants shall not receive nor seek compensation for the use of these photographs or video.
